It highlights the necessity of safeguarding all client records and information, along with specific details regarding applicants for foster home licensure, ensuring they are kept confidential and safeguarded against public or unauthorized access. Any client information that is collected, created, or maintained by the Child and Family Services Agency (CFSA) will only be disclosed in compliance with federal and District privacy and confidentiality laws and regulations.
